The Analytic Cookies - GA4 - allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors to our Web site, to see how they move around the Web site when they use it, and to record the content viewed and interested in by users. This helps us determine how often particular pages and advertisements are visited and to determine the most popular areas of our Web site. This helps us to improve the service we provide to you by helping to ensure that our users find the information they are looking for, by providing anonymous demographic data to third parties to target advertising more appropriately to you, and by tracking the success of advertising campaigns on our website. Anonymous IP address.

The Social Media Cookies allow you to share website content with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). We have no control over these cookies as they are set by the social media platforms themselves.

The Targeted Advertising Cookies are used to deliver more relevant advertisements to you, but they can also limit the number of times you view an advertisement and be used to track the effectiveness of an advertising campaign by tracking user clicks. They can also provide security in transactions. They are usually placed by third-party ad networks with the permission of the Web site operator, but they can be placed by the operator itself. They can remember that you have visited a Web site, and this information can be shared with other organizations, including other advertisers. Data conferred voluntarily:
In order to access certain services or benefits, the user may be required to fill out forms (such as, for example, contact forms or registration forms) that involve the communication of personal data (e.g., e-mail address). Such provision of data, sometimes, may be performed by the user in a simplified way by means of “connection” procedures with external services (such as, for example, Facebook Connect) which will provide, after the explicit consent of the interested party, to transmit to us automatically and electronically only and exclusively the data required for the purposes of registration for the requested service. The acquisition of data, where required, is a prerequisite for access to the services offered by our site. Are understood as “data conferred voluntarily” also those that are sent by electronic mail (e-mail) to contact any employee of our site.
Should you decide to provide personal data of third parties, we recommend that you make sure that these parties have been previously and adequately informed about the methods and purposes of processing indicated here

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

We use navigation data, cookies and data voluntarily given to us by users only for the purposes for which they were collected. In some cases, it is possible that such data may be communicated, processed and/or stored through the help of third party companies for the list of which please refer to the appropriate section of this policy.

Log files and similar: For security reasons, and in order to comply with specific legal obligations, technical user connection data is recorded within text files that are stored in our server for the purpose of monitoring the proper functioning of the site and protecting our systems from possible cyber attacks. Other software on our systems may perform similar operations for purposes related to computer security.

Site access statistics: We use Google Analytics - GA4 -  for purely statistical purposes to measure our Web site traffic. In order to ensure user privacy, we have enabled IP address anonymization, which prevents Google Analytics from recording this personal data of yours within its own system.

Third-party widgets: There may be, on certain pages of the site, tools provided by third parties such as videos, elements taken from social networks and other remote features. These tools may interact with the user's system by sending cookies.

Contact Forms/Registration: Personal data voluntarily provided within the appropriate forms are processed:

to be able to provide the services requested
to be able to provide the newsletter service or carry out the sending of informative and/or advertising communications
to be able to process specific user requests automatically and/or manually (e.g., to respond to contact requests forwarded through the appropriate forms)
to carry out any billing operations and/or fulfill specific legal obligations
Sending Newsletters: By registering through the appropriate forms available within various pages of the website, the user's email address is acquired and included in a list of contacts to whom email messages containing information, including information of a commercial and promotional nature, may be sent, with or without periodicity. The provision of the data required to subscribe you to our newsletter and/or to be able to send you communications and promotional material is entirely optional, and the legal basis for this processing is the express consent of the person concerned to the processing of his/her personal data.

The determination of the period of storage of personal data responds to the principle of necessity of processing. Your personal data will be retained as long as you continue to want to receive the communications for which you have given specific consent.

We remind you that you can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time through the link provided at the bottom of each communication you receive.

Chiara Prato Does not send spam.

JURICAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
For certain processing, the consent of the data subject is not required. In particular, there is no provision for giving or withholding consent regarding the recording of log files, the measurement of site access statistics and the sending of cookies strictly necessary for the technical operation of the website. In all of these cases, in fact, there is a legitimate interest on the part of the Data Controller in the proper functioning of its online activity.
In all cases in which the user's consent is required for processing, it must be informed, free and unconditional. Failure to provide data, however, may result in the inability to obtain certain services or benefits (for example, you cannot subscribe to the newsletter service if you do not give consent).
For consent to be valid, it is required that the data subject be at least 16 years of age. The use of all our services that involve data processing on a voluntary basis, therefore, is understood to be precluded to those who have not reached this age limit.

Any dissemination of the data is excluded.

SECURITY MEASURES
Done security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, their tampering, illegal uses and unauthorized access. In order to ensure the confidentiality of communications to and from our information systems, as of June 2017, we have implemented the SSL protocol on all pages of the Data Controller. Subjects to whom the above-mentioned personal data refer (so-called “interested parties”), have the right to exercise their rights in the manner and within the limits provided for by current privacy legislation. In particular, the interested party is recognized the following rights:

access: the interested party has the right to ask whether or not a data processing concerning him or her is taking place and, if so, he or she has the right to know such data.

opposition: the data subject may object at any time to the processing of his or her data carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, unless there are our legitimate reasons for processing that override his or her own, for example, for the exercise or our defense in court.
Portability: you may request to receive your data, or to have your data transmitted to another data controller indicated by you, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

In addition, pursuant to Art. 7, para. 3, GDPR, we inform you that you may exercise your right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on your prior consent.

To exercise these rights, report problems or ask for clarifications on the processing of your personal data you can use the form available on this site under GDPR.

If the data subject detects a violation of the law in the processing of his or her personal data, he or she may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. This is without prejudice, however, to the possibility of appealing before the competent judicial authority.
